This is very quick and easy with Sims 4 Studio. So if you want to use two skin details or two tattoos that are in the same category, all you have to do is pick one and change what category it’s in. Notice I have blush ( by pyxiidis) and lip details ( by alhajero) classified as tattoos in the Arm (Lower) (Left) category. Skin details can even be classified as tattoos and vice versa. When making CC skin details and tattoos, you can categorize them however you want and they will still work. These categories are just for organization in CAS.

Tidy Details and Tidy Tattoos make it so you can see the categories. Unlike makeup, the vanilla game does not show the categories for skin details and tattoos. Just like makeup, you can only use one item in each category at a time. For example, freckles are in the Skin Detail, Freckles category, while the forehead wrinkles are in the Skin Detail, Forehead category, and the sternum tattoos are in the Tattoo, Upper Chest category. it’s basically a mix of my fav skinblends + drawing on top. I was trying to make a personal skinblend just for fun and to see what it’s gonna look like, and i think the result turned out quite cute so i decided to share it with the simblr community.
